In an "Empire State of Mind"

Now I am not a die hard Jay-Z fan, but I do have respect for the man because he has been in this business for so long and he has influenced so many hip-hop artists over the past 10 years. I was a little skeptical (as sure as everyone else was) about how well the Blueprint3 (BP3) was going to go over with the listeners and sales. But I have to hand it to him, this record has been, in my opinion one of the best he's had. The beats from this album take me back to "The City is Mine" days. Guests appearances from Drake, Alicia Keys, Mr. Hudson and MY personal fave Pharell(that man is a god) bring a different kind of vibe to each song. My personal faves is "Already Home" and "So Ambitious." But songs like "A Star is Born" and "Empire State of Mind" shows how much respect he has for other artists in the game and how he will never forget where he came from. You can say what you want about the man, but you can not overlook his talent for rhyme. If I was a Rolling Stone critic, I 'd give this Album 4 stars.

PS. And yes, I have the leaked copy but I am buying the real one tomorrow lol
